Publication number: 20150149190Abstract: Example systems, methods and machine readable storage media to facilitate locking medical exams in a healthcare system are disclosed herein. An example method for locking a medical exam in a workflow queue for a clinical user includes authenticating the clinical user during a user session. The example method also includes obtaining a user selection of the medical exam in the workflow queue during the user session. The example method also includes associating a permission level to a session user identifier associated with the user session. The example method also includes determining whether the permission level includes clearance to lock the medical exam, and, in response to determining that the permission level includes clearance to lock the medical exam, flagging the medical exam as read-only, wherein the flagged medical exam remains flagged after the clinical user ends the user session.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 27, 2013Publication date: May 28, 2015Applicant: General Electric CompanyInventors: Dianne M. Patent number: 8082617Abstract: Automatic swimming pool cleaners are detailed. The cleaners may employ filter bags with novel stiffeners to help retain their optimal debris-collection shapes in use. They additionally may include bags made of material having sanitizing properties or additives, allowing water sanitization to occur as water flows through the bags themselves. Cleaners described herein further may include discs having generally radial but non-linear slits to facilitate navigation in particular conditions and fix buoyant material within a collar by which a bag is attached to a body of the device.Type: GrantFiled: September 13, 2005Date of Patent: December 27, 2011Assignee: Zodiac Pool Systems, Inc.Inventors: Jeffrey A. Wichmann, Richard A. Varga

Patent number: 5992865Abstract: A skateboard comprises a riding platform pivotably mounted to a substantially rigid chassis. The chassis mounts a plurality of wheels arranged in two substantially in-line rows. Embodiments have respectively four and five wheels in each row to redundantly support the weight of the rider. The advantages of the in-line roller skate are thus realized in this skateboard. The steerable wheels are mounted on bearings to individual wheel housings. The wheel housings are rotatably mounted within the chassis to allow steering. The housings are steered by a network of links within the chassis. Steering input to the linkage within the chassis originates from tilting of the riding platform from side to side. A steering arm mounted on the riding platform extends downward into the chassis engaging the steering linkage. A foot operated sliding actuator mounted on the top of the riding platform varies the angle of engagement of the steering arm with the steering linkage.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 1997Date of Patent: November 30, 1999Inventor: Matthew Richard Vargas
