  • Patent number: 4326443
Abstract: An MOS integrated organ circuit compensates an audio frequency signal for variations in amplitude, attack and decay characteristics caused by process variations by adjusting a single variable reference voltage. The circuit intrinsically provides for the tracking of these characteristics, such that the attack and decay characteristics are calibrated by adjusting the variable reference voltage to provide a specified amplitude characteristic.
