  • Publication number: 20230135549
Abstract: A protective enclosure for an electronic device includes a back member which includes a pressure equalization membrane configured to equalize air pressure between an area inside the protective enclosure with an area outside the protective enclosure. The protective enclosure also includes a front member configured to engage with the back member to enclose the electronic device and having clasping features that engage with clasping features of the back member to removably engage the front member with the back member. The protective enclosure also includes a spacer pad having one or more air channels extending across a surface of the spacer pad, wherein the pressure equalization membrane is adjacent a portion of the one or more air channels when the spacer pad is in the protective enclosure.

  • Patent number: 11348362
Abstract: A kit for protecting a display screen of an electronic device having an in-screen fingerprint sensor is provided. The kit includes a screen protector at least partially formed from a transparent material and an interface coupler configured to be positioned between the screen protector and the display screen proximate the in-screen fingerprint sensor. The interface coupler includes a transparent carrier layer, a first adhesive layer, and a second adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer is positioned on a first surface of the transparent carrier layer and configured to be affixed to the display screen of the electronic device, the first adhesive layer comprising a silicone adhesive or a gel or a gel-like material. The second adhesive layer is positioned on a second surface of the transparent carrier layer and configured to be affixed to the screen protector.

  • Patent number: 4954832
Abstract: Apparatus is provided for simultaneously rotating a plurality of parallel shafts connected, for example, to an array of rf switches that feed energy to or from an array of antenna feed horns. Each shaft is connected by a separate crank to a planar drive plate that is controllable moved relative to the switches in an orbiting fashion, to rotate the shafts in unison. The drive plate is controllably moved by a motor drive system that includes an orbiting motor secured to the plate and a base motor secured to a fixed substrate that houses the switches. The output shafts of the two motors are coupled together such that operation of either motor moves the orbiting motor, and thus the drive plate, in an orbiting motion about the base motor and substrate.

  • Patent number: 4858490
Abstract: Motors (42,44) each have a pinion driving ring gear (62). Motor (42) is mounted on the platform and motor (44) is mounted on ring gear carrier (56). Rotation of either motor rotates carrier (56), hubs (40) and shaft (30).

  • Patent number: 4750652
Abstract: A reversible shoulder holster for carrying firearms includes a sheath which can be worn on either side. The sheath supports the weapon in a vertical position and with the butt vertically below the barrel. A back piece spaces apart and directs a first and second pair of straps such that they emanate from the back piece in an X-shape. The first and second pairs of the straps are removably connected to either a sheath or an accessory carrier. The sheath includes at least one open end and incorporates a spring clip which engages the weapon, such as at the ejector port of a semiautomatic handgun, to secure the weapon in the sheath. The tension of the spring clip may be adjusted by a tension screw passing through the sheath. The X-shape of the harness straps provides for a greater freedom of movement for the wearer. The removable straps allow for easy adjustment.

  • Patent number: 4630562
Abstract: A mast step is mounted on a traveler having two parallel linear bearings which ride in lateral grooves on a central track. The central track has downward enlarged vertical holes on 2-inch centers which hold detent balls. The detent balls are locked in their upper active position with a contact and lock the traveler in a preselected position. Depressing an operator pedal moves a slider bar within the track to align detent receivers with the openings in the track. As the detent balls drop into the receivers in the slider bar, the platform is released to move toward a new location. When the pedal is released, a spring tends to return the slider bar to misalign the receivers with the track openings. The detent balls are ramped upward out of the receivers into their upper operative position in contact with the downward opening locking recesses in the traveler.

  • Patent number: 4579074
Abstract: A quick-connect mast step assembly has a round main body bolted to the surface of a sail board wherein the upper surface of the body has a T-slot for receiving a mast shoulder bolt and a plug associated with the T-slot which, when rotated, prevents disengagement of the shoulder bolt from the T-slot, the body being bolted to a fin box in the upper surface of the sail board which allows easy adjustment of the position of the assembly.
