Abstract: Methods and systems for assembling databases in multiple-party proceedings. Class members or their agents can file claims online using a computer network connected to the database. The online connection may be provided as a web site accessible through the Internet. Users file claims by submitting Identifying Information and Claim Information, both of which may be validated in order to prevent fraudulent or otherwise invalid claims. Class members may be provided with reference strings prior to filing the claim. The users are prompted to submit the reference strings when filing the claims for purposes of administration and to verify the authenticity of the filing. The filed claims are stored in a database which may be accessible to parties in the class action.

Abstract: An improved liquid diesel fuel for diesel engines is made by incorporating at least 0.003% by weight of a mixture of an iron salt of an aromatic nitro acid and a nitroaliphatic compound having one to four carbon atoms, into the diesel fuel. The weight ratio of the aromatic nitro acid salt to the nitroaliphatic compound ranges from 1:10 to 1:100. The additive, when added to diesel fuel, (1) substantially eliminates hard carbon deposits from the valve and exhaust systems of diesel engines, thereby improving the efficiency of the engines and decreasing overhaul expense, (2) reduces air pollutants such as oxides of sulphur and nitrogen, and virtually eliminates carbon monoxide from diesel exhausts and (3) reduces or substantially eliminates slime deposits which form during diesel fuel storage.

Abstract: A programmable interface controller capable of assuming specific sequential control functions is disclosed. The disclosed controller is a slave device under the direct control of the numerical control computer and is effectively transparent to numerical control machine system. Upon a first command the interface controller receives and stores data from the numerical control computer. The stored data is processed in accordance with an internal program and the results of the processing temporarily stored therein. Upon a second command, the results of the processing are returned to the numerical control computer from where they are distributed via the systems bi-directional bus to the machine as well as to operating routines elsewhere in the numerical control system.
