  • Patent number: 10515154
Abstract: Systems and methods are presented for performing natural language processing and reasoning. In some embodiments, a computer-implemented methods is presented. The method may include accessing a natural language query from a user, parsing the natural language query into a computer-interpretable semantic representation, converting the semantic representation into a computer-interpretable logical syntax, determining a solution to the computer-interpretable logical syntax using a reasoning engine and at least one data source, and outputting an answer to the natural language query using the solution to the computer-interpretable logical syntax.

  • Publication number: 20070292199
Abstract: A writing instrument that provides a magnification lens to view a logo or visual image from inside the barrel of the pen. The writing instrument has a cartridge, printable sleeve, magnification member and a pen barrel. The pen barrel is capable of accepting the printable sleeve and cartridge therethrough. The pen barrel has a first end and a second end. On the surface of the pen barrel between the first and second ends there is a magnification member. The magnification member is capable of magnifying the visual image on the printable sleeve. The printable sleeve is movable between successive positions to successively display one or more visual images with respect to the magnification member. • Patent number: 5604688
Abstract: A pocket calculator includes a casing having on its front face numeric and function keys and a numeric first liquid crystal display (LCD) and a message second LCD. Housed in the casing is a calculator network module housing and a first battery connected through a key operated switch contained in the network to energize the network and actuate the first LCD. An inverter IC integrated circuit and second battery are housed in the casing and actuate the second LCD, the battery being connected to the inverter input through a transistor switch rendered conductive in response to the energization of the calculator network. Alternatively, a message third LCD provided in which the message is devisualized upon the application of a voltage thereto with the energization of the computer. The second and third LCDs may be a single common unit with the faces of a section of a common LCD being coated with light polarizing layers which are optically mutually perpendicular.
