  • Patent number: 9204825
Abstract: A method and system of monitoring an object (e.g., for change in configuration of a person) includes projecting a radiation pattern onto the object; recording at a first time first image data representing a portion of the projected radiation pattern on the object, the first image data representative of a three dimensional configuration of the object at the first time; recording at a second time second image data representing a portion of the projected pattern of radiation on the object, the second image data representative of a three dimensional configuration of the object at the second time; and processing the first and second image data to generate differential data representative of a change in the configuration of the object between the first and second times.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 8, 2013
Date of Patent: December 8, 2015
    Assignee: PNEUMACARE LIMITED
Inventors: Joan Lasenby, Jonathan Cameron, Richard Wareham, Gareth Roberts

  • Publication number: 20050076467
Abstract: A cleaning apparatus for cleaning a surface is provided. The cleaning apparatus has a housing for movement along a surface with a suction nozzle assembly having an inlet and outlet provided on the housing. A recovery container is removably mounted to the housing. A hose having a first end detachably connected to the outlet of the suction nozzle and a second end in fluid communication with the recovery container floor-scrubbing machine is provided. A vacuum source is in fluid communication with the suction nozzle, hose, and recovery container for drawing dirt from the cleaning surface into the inlet of the suction nozzle and into. The cleaning apparatus further includes a handle movably connected to the housing and movable between a first position that locks the first end of the hose to the housing to a second position that unlocks the first end of the hose to the housing.
