Abstract: A curved massage roller is provided allowing for rolling against the body of a user in treatment of body, back-related, muscular or skeletal ailments. The roller is adapted for positioning between the user and a support surface whereupon it is rolled during use. Dual arched segments with a central relief help maintain the roller in place during use and avoid nerve damage when employed on the back of the body.

Abstract: A pillow is provided which is configured with sensors in communication with a controller having a computing component and software running in electronic memory. Using input data streams from the sensors to the controller, the software running on the computing component can ascertain a current sleep level of a user as being in a REM cycle or non REM cycle, The controller is configured to override a user set alarm time on an alarm, with a new activation time should it be determined the user will be in a REM cycle at the user chosen time for the alarm.

Abstract: An articulating pillow is provided which is configured to allow a user to articulate and set the curvature and shape of the pillow which is held until reconfigured. An articulating member running axially through the body of the pillow may be adjusted for resistance to bending to increase or decrease the force needed to reconfigure the pillow shape.

An insert engage able in the casing provides substantially planar support surfaces with a centrally located passage providing a relief for positioning one's head on the pillow. Proper support and spine alignment is provided by a shoulder portion of the pillow for the neck which may be formed of different material than the pillow, or varied in with or compressive force using inserts.
