Abstract: The present invention generally relates to web based systems for providing and managing investment opportunities. In particular, embodiments of the invention relate to system and method for providing individuals the ability to bid on and invest in fractional ownership of otherwise indivisible real and intellectual property assets. It is an object of the present invention to provide individuals who may otherwise be unable to afford or participate in investments related to property the ability to participate in a fractional ownership of such property and to have ownership rights and utilization rights of the property to be administrated or otherwise identified by components of the system.

In particular, embodiments of the invention relate to an apparatus and a method for providing streaming of one or more forms of content across one or more networks. In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus is a wearable device comprising a computing device configured to process and transmit one or more forms of content (e.g., audio, video) to one or more remote social networks.

Abstract: A retaining wall block with built-in drainage and filtration capabilities is described. A simplified process for constructing retaining wall using these blocks is also disclosed. The blocks facilitate superior drainage by providing built-in drain conduits that provide numerous channels for water to drain though. The built-in filtration disclosed prevents erosion of the backfill and clogging of drainage channels. The described blocks offer a simpler way to address drainage, erosion and clogging issues of retaining wall, by eliminating several retention wall creation steps. The blocks also eliminate the need for separate drainage and filtration system, they also eliminate need for free-draining aggregate backfills, thus reducing the transportation and construction cost associated with these steps.

Abstract: A chess-type game played on a game board of ten columns and eight rows, or ten columns and ten rows. The game is played with traditional chess game pieces plus additional wizard game pieces. During a turn the wizard game pieces can be moved one space away in any direction, or alternately can be exchanged with any other game piece on the board belonging to the same set.
