Abstract: An automobile body is disclosed herein having a roof hinged door operable between a raised open position and a lowered closed position wherein the hinge is a unitary construction having a well with arcuate side portions mating with a seal secured in the roof door jamb so as to be conformed with the outline of the automobile body configuration and further includes foldable, telescoping articulated support struts as well as lock mechanisms for releasably securing the door in its closed position.
