    Abstract: A clamp-on aero bar for mounting on top portions of the handles of a road-type bicycle handlebar includes a pair of elongated curved hollow handle adapter portions and a pair of internally-adjustable clamping mechanisms. The internally-adjustable clamping mechanism are connected to the hollow handle adapter portions and are disposed substantially internally thereof such that a tool must first be extended through an opening in each of the handle adapter portions in order to reach and respectively tighten or untighten the internal clamping mechanism.
