    Abstract: A health care system includes a management server to which a user of a diabetic patient or the like accesses via the internet from a user terminal such as a personal computer and so on. The management server provides to the user terminal interview checklists of four categories including emotion, motivation, depression and stress in repose to the access. The user performs an input of answers on the interview checklist according to a conducting procedure. The management server processes the input of the answers and stores a processing result in a database. Accordingly, the user can know an evaluation (interview result) determined by the management server by accessing the database. It is noted that in the management server, interviews are performed at appropriate timings according to priorities of respective categories of the interview lists so as to prevent the interview lists of all the categories from being performed on the same day.
