The method includes: A network device obtains a packet concurrency status of a plurality of wireless local area network WLAN devices, where the plurality of WLAN devices correspond to a same channel. The network device allocates channel resource slices to the plurality of WLAN devices from a channel resource in a first time period based on the packet concurrency status.

Abstract: A terminal roaming method, an apparatus, and a wireless local area network are disclosed, and belong to the field of WLAN technologies. A session parameter used when a terminal performs data exchange with an original associated AP is migrated to a roaming target AP. After the terminal is associated with the roaming target AP, the roaming target AP can continue data exchange with the terminal based on the migrated session parameter, and the terminal can also continue data exchange with the roaming target AP based on the session parameter used when the terminal performs data exchange with the original associated AP. The terminal and the roaming target AP do not need to perform session negotiation again, to shorten a data service recovery time required after a roaming handover of the terminal, and reduce a service transmission delay. This improves smoothness of roaming handover of the terminal.

Abstract: A traffic control method includes an access point configured to decrease a value of a receive window (RWND) field in a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) packet sent to a target station to obtain a modified TCP packet. The access point sends a downlink frame including the modified TCP packet to the target station. The TCP packet belongs to a non-key service.

Abstract: A congestion control method includes that a first access point receives a first indication from a second access point; and the first access point performs traffic control on a non-key service of the first access point based on the first indication. The first access point is a neighboring access point of the second access point, and an operating channel of the first access point and an operating channel of the second access point overlap.
