The fracturing apparatus includes: a plunger pump configured to pressurize a fracturing fluid to form a high-pressure fracturing fluid; a turbine engine coupled to the plunger pump and configured to provide a driving force to the plunger pump; an auxiliary unit including an electric motor unit, the auxiliary unit being configured to provide the fracturing apparatus with at least one selected from the group consisting of start-up assist function, lubrication function, cooling function, and air supply function; and a power supply electrically coupled to the electric motor unit of the auxiliary unit to provide a power source.

At least two of the gas turbine engine, the generator, and the one or more rectifiers are arranged on the power supply platform. A first end of the generator is connected to the gas turbine engine. A second end of the generator is connected to the one or more rectifiers. The generator is configured to output a voltage to the one or more rectifiers. The one or more rectifiers are configured to provide power to the motor. The motor is configured to drive the first plunger pump.

Abstract: A fracturing apparatus, comprising: a plurality of portions to be heated; a heating system for heating each of the portions to be heated; and an auxiliary power unit, which is configured to at least provide power for a heating operation by the heating system. When the fracturing apparatus operates in a cold area, each of the portions to be heated can be heated by the heating system, so as to ensure the normal start-up and operation effect of the fracturing apparatus.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a hydraulic fracturing system for driving a plunger pump with a turbine engine using a drive train. The driving train may include a reduction gearbox and a transmission device. The turbine engine is connected to an input of the reduction gearbox, an output of the reduction gearbox is connected to an input of the transmission device, and an output of the transmission device is connected to a drive input of the fracturing pump. The transmission device is configured to be switchable to one of a set of rotational speed conversion ratios. The transmission device may further include a clutch for effectuate a switching between the set of rotational speed conversion ratios. The drivetrain may alternatively or further include a torque convertor disposed between the reduction gearbox and the transmission device.

Abstract: This disclosure generally relates to power generation methods and systems based on gas turbine engines, and particularly to mobile and adaptive power generation systems and methods based on gas turbine engine for supplying mechanical and/or electrical power for fracturing operations at an oil wellsite. Various systems, platforms, components, devices, and methods are provided for flexibly and adaptively configure one of more gas turbines, hydraulic pumps, and electric generators to support both fracturing and electric demands at a well site. The disclosed implementations enable and facilitate a mobile, adaptive, and reconfigurable power system to provide both mechanical and electric power for hydraulic fracturing operation, which is convenient to set up for operation and for transport.

The sand supply system and the liquid supply system are both connected to input ends of the electrically-driven sand blenders. Abstract: Disclosed is an air a gas source system for supplying air gas to a turbine engine by fracturing manifold equipment, including an air a gas supply device, an air gas delivery manifold, a filtering device, a gas detecting system and a connecting device, the air gas delivery manifold, the filtering device and the gas detecting system are integrated on the fracturing manifold equipment, the air gas supply device is connected to the air gas delivery manifold through the filtering device, and the air gas delivery manifold supplies air gas to the turbine engine through the connecting device. Beneficial effects: avoiding the hidden danger of the high pressure region, saving the floor space, avoiding the wiring of on-site delivery manifold, enhancing the connection efficiency, and reducing the difficulty of wellsite installation.
