Abstract: The present invention, relating to the field of network communications, discloses a network conference method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a local proxy server, a conference request for creating a conference from a user equipment, and requesting information of registered floor servers on a conference center server from the conference center server; detecting floor servers in the floor server information according to the floor server information, using a floor server complying with a first preset standard as a destination floor server, and sending the conference request to the destination floor server; and establishing a media channel between the local proxy server and the destination floor server, and a media channel between the local proxy server and the user equipment to enable the user equipment to carry out a network conference with the floor server by using the established media channels.

Abstract: An interconnection method, apparatus, and system where a remote Socket invocation client component obtains information about a first socket application programming interface Socket application programming interface (API) function invoked by a service client; encapsulates the information about the first Socket API function to a message structure; and sends the message structure, so that a remote Socket invocation server executes a second Socket API function corresponding to the first Socket API function in the message structure. The interconnection method, apparatus, and system solve the problem of an interconnection on a public network between the service client on a first local area network and a service server on a second local area network.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for cross-platform conference convergence are disclosed in embodiments of the present invention, where implementation of the method includes: receiving, after attending a first conference, an INVITE request sent by a first application server, where the INVITE request is a request for inviting a second terminal served by a second application server to attend a first conference; sending an invitation call to the second application server to request creating a second conference; and sending, after receiving conference creation success information sent by the second application server, an invitation to the second application server to invite the second terminal to attend the second conference. Usage of a private line between an enterprise and an operator can be eliminated in the entire implementation process.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for allocating a conference resource, which is used to invoke a conference media resource in a unified manner according to a state of a current conference room, so as to improve resource utilization efficiency and reduce resource waste. The method in the embodiments of the present invention includes: receiving, by a conference server, information about a reserved conference media resource and information about a reserved conference room resource, and associating the information about the reserved conference media resource with the information about the reserved conference room resource; and if a conference state changes, instructing, by the conference server, a media resource management server to change the reserved conference media resource, and instructing a conference room management server to change a reserved conference room resource.

Abstract: A method, a device, and a conference system for processing a media data packet are provided. The method includes: establishing with a conference proxy server (CPS), a virtual public participant (VPP) channel corresponding to a conference identity; when there are media data packets with same content in a media data packet corresponding to each conference member identity, acquiring a media data packet with a highest frequency of same content among the media data packets as a public media data packet, and forwarding the public media data packet to the CPS through the VPP channel; acquiring a conference member identity that currently does not multiplex the VPP channel, generating a real-time transport protocol control protocol (RTCP) multiplexing start command corresponding to the conference member identity, and delivering the RTCP multiplexing start command to the CPS, so that the CPS starts to forward the public media data packet to a user equipment corresponding to the conference member identity.

The method includes: receiving, by an apparatus for accessing a conference, a call request sent by a terminal; sending, by using the first session, information used to prompt for entering a conference passcode and receiving a conference passcode sent by the terminal; querying a conference access number that corresponds to the conference passcode from at least two conference access numbers, where each conference access number corresponds to one conference system; and instructing, according to the conference access number and the conference passcode, the terminal to establish a second session with a conference system that corresponds to the conference access number such that the terminal joins a conference by using the second session.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting messages between heterogeneous networks are disclosed. The method includes: receiving an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) message from an IMS network; converting the format of the IMS message into the format of a non-IMS message and converting the sender terminal ID of the IMS message into the sender terminal ID of the non-IMS message; and sending the non-IMS message that includes the content and sender terminal ID of the non-IMS message to a receiver terminal of the non-IMS message through the home network of the non-IMS message. The disclosure can implement message interworking between an IMS user terminal and a non-IMS user terminal.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting messages between heterogeneous networks are disclosed. The method includes: receiving an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) message from an IMS network; converting the format of the IMS message into the format of a non-IMS message and converting the sender terminal ID of the IMS message into the sender terminal ID of the non-IMS message; and sending the non-IMS message that includes the content and sender terminal ID of the non-IMS message to a receiver terminal of the non-IMS message through the home network of the non-IMS message. The disclosure can implement message interworking between an IMS user terminal and a non-IMS user terminal.
