The method includes, based on receiving user identification information, controlling to output a list including one or more users matching the first identification information in a graphical user interface (GUI), receiving a selection of a first user from among the one or more user in the list output on the GUI, sending a plurality of parameters to a server, the plurality of parameters including first information corresponding to a first application, second information corresponding to a second application, and third information corresponding to one or more identifying parameters of the selected first user, receiving first data associated with the first user from the first application and second data associated with the first user from the second application and controlling to output the first data and the second data in the GUI in an integrated manner.

Abstract: A method performed by at least one processor for generating an event ticket includes receiving, for at least one user, a selection of a network quality category from a plurality of network quality categories. The method includes receiving a selection of an alarm associated with the selected network quality category. The method includes receiving a selection of at least one threshold for the selected alarm. The method includes determining a number of times the alarm is triggered within a predetermined time period. The method further includes generating the event ticket in response to a determination the number of times the alarm is triggered within the predetermined time period exceeds the at least one threshold.

The method includes receiving an inquiry from an electronic device, determining a geolocation of the electronic device, determining whether the geolocation of the electronic device corresponds to disruption information stored on a database, retrieving the disruption information based on determining that the geolocation of the electronic device corresponds to the disruption information, generating an interactive voice response (IVR) based on the retrieved disruption information, and providing the IVR to the electronic device.

Abstract: A method for processing information from a social platform and triggering an action such as creating a ticket is provided. The method includes monitoring information on a social platform, based on predetermined keywords set by a system user, extracting information related to a service from the social platform, the extracted information containing of the predetermined keywords, and determining a sentiment value associated with the extracted information, assigning the extracted information to a sentiment category based on the sentiment value. The sentiment category being one of a positive sentiment category, a negative sentiment category, or a neutral sentiment category. The method further including generating a graphical user interface (GUI) displayed to the system user for displaying the ticket to the system user. Using the GUI, the system user inputs information, based on the extracted information and the assigned sentiment category, to generate a ticket.

Abstract: Systems and methods of distributing campaign media are disclosed. In some embodiments, a campaign data structure is obtained related to campaign media. Additionally, audience data structures are obtained, wherein each of the audience data structures describes a corresponding audience of a plurality of audiences. Using a computer device, at least one target audience is selected for the campaign media from the plurality of audiences based on the campaign data structure and the audience data structures. Also using the computer device, one or more electronic transmissions of the campaign media are scheduled to at least one user device associated with the at least one target audience based on the campaign data structure and the audience data structures.
