  • Patent number: 11008452
Abstract: The present invention provides a copolymer containing 80 mol % or more of a methyl (metl)acrylate unit (A), wherein the Vicat softening temperature thereof is 115° C. or higher, the saturated water absorption rate thereof at 60° C. is 4 % by weight or less, and the yellow index thereof is 1 or less. The process for producing the copolymer includes suspension polymerizing a monomer mixture containing 80 mol % or more of methyl (meth)acrylate (a) and 0.7 mol % to 7 mol % of (meth)acrylic acid (b), followed by melting and kneading the resulting precursor with an extruder to obtain a copolymer containing 80 mol % or more of a methyl (meth)acrylate unit (A), 0.45 mol % to 7 mol % of a (meth)acrylic acid unit (B), and 0.001 mol % to 0.25 mol % of a glutaric anhydride unit (C) wherein a conversion rate to the glutaric anhydride unit (C) is 0.1 % to 5 %.

  • Publication number: 20180258272
Abstract: The present invention provides a copolymer demonstrating superior heat resistance, fluidity, mechanical properties, appearance, low water absorbency and moldability. In addition, the present invention provides a process for producing a copolymer that enables the resulting copolymer to demonstrate superior heat resistance, fluidity, mechanical properties, appearance, low water absorbency and moldability. The copolymer of the present invention is a copolymer containing 80 mol % or more of a methyl (meth)acrylate unit (A), wherein the Vicat softening temperature thereof is 115° C. or higher, the saturated water absorption rate thereof at 60° C. is 4% by weight or less, and the yellow index thereof is 1 or less. In addition, the process for producing a copolymer of the present invention comprises the obtaining of a precursor by suspension polymerizing a monomer mixture containing 80 mol % or more of methyl (meth)acrylate (a) and 0.

  • Patent number: 9615736
Abstract: In order to acquire a tomographic image of the eye to be inspected with high precision even in case where an optical path length and intensity vary depending on a scanned position in an OCT apparatus acquiring the tomographic image of a predetermined part of an object to be inspected, based on the intensity of interference light obtained by combining return light from the object that has been irradiated with the measuring light, with reference light corresponding to the measuring light, includes: a scanning optical system which scans the object with the measuring light in an optical path of the measuring light; an image forming unit which generates the tomographic image based on the intensity of the interference light; and an image correcting unit which subjects the tomographic image to a correction process appropriate to the scanned position with the measuring light on the object.

  • Publication number: 20150055092
Abstract: An optical tomographic imaging apparatus acquires tomographic images of an object to be examined; where the images are based on reference light multiplexed with return light returned from the object to be examined which has been irradiated by measurement light via a scanning unit. The optical tomographic imaging apparatus includes a splitting unit configured to split light irradiated from a light source into the measurement light and the reference light, and a focusing lens disposed on the optical path of the measurement light between the splitting unit and a scanning unit. In a state in which the object to be examined is to be irradiated by the measurement light, an optical path branching unit which transmits the measurement light is retracted from the optical path.
