Abstract: Data indicative of one or more user inputs directed to a user interface of a conversation designer tool is received. A conversation design is determined based on the data. The conversation design enables a conversation bot to provide a service using a conversation flow specified at least in part by the conversation design. The conversation design specifies in a first human language at least a portion of a message content to be provided by the conversation bot during an execution of the conversation flow. It is identified that an end-user of the conversation bot prefers to converse in a second human language different from the first human language. The message content of the conversation design in the first human language is dynamically translated for the end-user to the second human language.

Abstract: A virtual network provider system supports a virtual network including virtual machines that are each assigned to an underlay address of an underlay addressing scheme. The virtual network provider system further includes multiple routing domains each defined to include a different subset of the virtual machines. Each of the routing domains is assigned to a range of overlay addresses of an overlay addressing scheme. For each routing domain, the assigned range of overlay addresses is allocated among the subset of the virtual machines in the routing domain. The system further includes a virtual network host configured to use addresses of the overlay addressing scheme to selectively route messages between endpoints on select pairs of the virtual machines assigned to a same routing domain of the plurality of routing domains.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for performing comprehensive and accurate matching of user accounts with one or more known entities based on image-linking graphs. Images related to each known entity are retrieved from one or more online sources. Faces are extracted from the images. Based on attributes of the faces in the images, an image-linking graph is generated for the entity. When a user account is determined to be a potential match for the entity based on text-based attributes, an image associated with the account may be obtained. If the image matches with any one of the faces in the image-linking graph, an action is performed to the user account based on a position of the matched face in the image-linking graph.

Abstract: Unmanned aerial vehicles are provided. In one aspect, the unmanned aerial vehicle includes a four-bar linkage mechanism in mechanical communication with a pair of wings. An electrical subsystem includes an actuator in mechanical communication with the four-bar-linkage mechanism. The actuator is in electrical communication with a capacitor. A plurality of solar panels is in electrical communication with the capacitor, which is configured to harvest non-battery energy from the plurality of solar panels to power the actuator for controlling the four-bar linkage mechanism to operate the pair of wings.

Abstract: A plurality of first entities have been previously associated with a predefined activity. By performing a clustering algorithm on the first entities, a subset of the first entities is identified that have met a predefined criterion. Via a Natural Language Processing (NLP) technique, a multi-dimensional matrix is generated. The matrix has a plurality of vectors associated with attributes of the subset of the first entities. A neural network model is trained with the multi-dimensional matrix. A plurality of second entities are on a list that contains entities that have been flagged for engaging in, or having engaged, the predefined activity. Based on the trained neural network model, a prediction is made whether scanning the second entities against a plurality of third entities for matches will cause a number of alerts having a predefined characteristic to exceed a predefined threshold. The alerts correspond to matches that needs further investigation.
