    Abstract: Unmanned aerial vehicles are provided. In one aspect, the unmanned aerial vehicle includes a four-bar linkage mechanism in mechanical communication with a pair of wings. An electrical subsystem includes an actuator in mechanical communication with the four-bar-linkage mechanism. The actuator is in electrical communication with a capacitor. A plurality of solar panels is in electrical communication with the capacitor, which is configured to harvest non-battery energy from the plurality of solar panels to power the actuator for controlling the four-bar linkage mechanism to operate the pair of wings.

An example system may obtain training data comprising ARDS patient records, determine a number of ARDS patient sub-phenotypes based on the ARDS patient records using latent profile analysis, and then execute an iterative process for determining an optimal ARDS classifier for patient sub-phenotyping. The system may select the optimal ARDS classifier from the optimal modes of the plurality of machine learning classifiers by comparing the performance metrics and deploy the optimal ARDS classifier for ARDS patient sub-phenotyping and providing personalized treatment based on the optimal ARDS classifier.

    Abstract: A plurality of first entities have been previously associated with a predefined activity. By performing a clustering algorithm on the first entities, a subset of the first entities is identified that have met a predefined criterion. Via a Natural Language Processing (NLP) technique, a multi-dimensional matrix is generated. The matrix has a plurality of vectors associated with attributes of the subset of the first entities. A neural network model is trained with the multi-dimensional matrix. A plurality of second entities are on a list that contains entities that have been flagged for engaging in, or having engaged, the predefined activity. Based on the trained neural network model, a prediction is made whether scanning the second entities against a plurality of third entities for matches will cause a number of alerts having a predefined characteristic to exceed a predefined threshold. The alerts correspond to matches that needs further investigation.
