  • Patent number: 12647240
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine a first and second antenna array are active for the UE operating in a full duplex operation mode, where uplink signaling at the UE corresponds to the first antenna array and downlink signaling at the UE corresponds to the second antenna array. The first and second antenna array may be associated with one or more operating parameters of the UE. The UE may select one antenna array of the first or second antenna array to use for both the uplink signaling and the downlink signaling based on a value of the one or more operating parameters of the UE satisfying a first threshold value. The UE may communicate, in the full duplex operation mode, the uplink signaling and the downlink signaling using the selected antenna array.

  • Patent number: 12608966
Abstract: In various embodiments, systems and methods for design-aware replacement font suggestions are provided. In some embodiments, a substitute font-suggestion algorithm holistically considers how the original string of text from the original layout appears when re-rendered in a same-sized text frame using a potential replacement font. In some embodiments, the substitute font-suggestion algorithm generates a first image of a text frame including the text string using the first font and generates a plurality of second images of the text string using candidate replacement fonts. A ranking of the candidate replacement fonts is generated based on computing a score for each of the individual second images that represents similarity between the first image and the individual second images. Based on the assessed similarities, a ranked listing of substitute font suggestions is displayed.

  • Patent number: 12513588
Abstract: Methods and systems for ensuring continuity of services on handover from Wi-Fi to cellular networks are disclosed. Embodiments of the disclosure allow a UE to seamlessly engage in a call during a handover, which is triggered on detecting that QoS of the call is less than a threshold within a coverage area of the Wi-Fi. The continuity of the call is ensured by triggering a handover from Wi-Fi to LTE and preventing/reducing handover from Wi-Fi to NR. The UE avails calling services using LTE and data services using NR, by enabling NSA mode. The UE is allowed to avail calling services seamlessly by initiating a handover of the calling services from Wi-Fi to LTE and avail data services seamlessly by initiating a handover of the data services from Wi-Fi to NR. The handover from Wi-Fi to LTE/NR is initiated if QoS of the calling/data services is less than a threshold in Wi-Fi coverage area.

  • Publication number: 20250371753
Abstract: Content aware background generation techniques are described. In one or more examples, a background generation system forms a mask from a digital image and receives an input specifying one or more parameters. The background generation system then generates a background using a machine-learning model and generative artificial intelligence by predicting pixel values based on the digital image, the one or more parameters, and the mask using a loss function. The background is then applied to the digital image and presented for display in a user interface.

  • Patent number: 12368488
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may obtain per-beam, per-component carrier measurements for unique combinations of beams and component carriers supported by the UE. The UE may select a first beam that has a highest per-beam, per-component carrier measurement across all component carriers. In addition, the UE may determine a set of candidate beams based on the measurements. The beams included in the set of candidate beams may have per-beam, per-component carrier measurements within some defined value of the measurements corresponding to the first beam. The UE may select an active beam from the set of candidate beams based on an average per-beam, per-component carrier measurement or a difference between maximum and minimum per-beam, per-component carrier measurements of each candidate beam across all component carriers. The UE may communicate with the network entity using the active beam.
