In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify a first service associated with a first subscriber identification module (SIM), the first service having a first priority. The UE may identify at least one re-prioritization condition that is satisfied, wherein the at least one re-prioritization condition is associated with at least one of the first service or a second service associated with a second SIM, the second service having a second priority that is lower than the first priority. The UE may adjust, based at least in part on the at least one re-prioritization condition being satisfied, the second priority, wherein the adjusted second priority is higher than the first priority. In some aspects, the UE may detect that the active service on the first cellular network has ended. Accordingly, the UE may search, for the second subscription, for RATs and frequency bands that are compatible with the dual active mode of the UE and for RATs and frequency bands that are incompatible with the dual active mode, before expiry of a timer associated with a power saving state. Abstract: A method for of wireless communication, by a multi-subscription user equipment (UE) includes selecting a first subscription to receive a positioning system information broadcast (posSIB) based on a first subscription state and a second subscription state. The method also includes receiving the posSIB via the first subscription. The UE may switch from the first subscription to a second subscription to receive a subsequent posSIB, in response to the second subscription state changing and/or the first subscription state changing. The state switching may be between connected mode and inactive/idle mode, or between voice service and data service.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may establish one or more wireless connections for different subscriptions with a base station. The UE may receive an indication of a temporary mobile subscription identifier (TMSI) from the base station during a registration procedure. The UE may calculate a paging occasion (PO) based on the TMSI and may determine the PO fails to satisfy a threshold timing value. The UE may transmit one or more registration request to trigger additional registration procedures in which base station may transmit a new TMSI. The UE may calculate an updated PO based on the new TMSI. The UE may periodically receive one or more paging messages from the base station in a set of POs based on calculating the updated PO.
