Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may establish one or more wireless connections for different subscriptions with a base station. The UE may receive an indication of a temporary mobile subscription identifier (TMSI) from the base station during a registration procedure. The UE may calculate a paging occasion (PO) based on the TMSI and may determine the PO fails to satisfy a threshold timing value. The UE may transmit one or more registration request to trigger additional registration procedures in which base station may transmit a new TMSI. The UE may calculate an updated PO based on the new TMSI. The UE may periodically receive one or more paging messages from the base station in a set of POs based on calculating the updated PO.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may establish a first call associated with a first subscriber of the UE. The UE may establish a second call associated with a second subscriber of the UE, wherein the first subscriber and the second subscriber are active contemporaneously, and wherein the first call and the second call are associated with a first radio access technology (RAT). The UE may identify a mobility event that associated with an interruption to at least one of the first call and the second call, the mobility event involving switching the first subscriber to a second RAT. In some aspects, a mobile station may detect that a voltage fails to satisfy a performance threshold while operating in a dual subscriber identity module (SIM)-dual active (DSDA) mode associated with maintaining a first network connection in a first active mode concurrently with maintaining a second network connection in a second active mode. The mobile station may transition the first network connection from the first active mode to a standby mode based at least in part on detecting that the voltage fails to satisfy the performance threshold. Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may detect that a first subscription, of a plurality of subscriptions associated with the UE, is associated with an active service on a first cellular network. The UE may search, for a second subscription of the plurality of subscriptions, for radio access technologies (RATs) and frequency bands that are compatible with a dual active mode of the UE. In some aspects, the UE may detect that the active service on the first cellular network has ended. Accordingly, the UE may search, for the second subscription, for RATs and frequency bands that are compatible with the dual active mode of the UE and for RATs and frequency bands that are incompatible with the dual active mode, before expiry of a timer associated with a power saving state. Abstract: An apparatus for wireless communication is provided. The apparatus is configured to obtain, based on a first mobile alert associated with a first subscriber identity module (SIM) being scheduled for broadcast from a first network, an indication of receiver resources assigned for receiving the first mobile alert associated with the first SIM. The apparatus is further configured to refrain, based at least in part on the indication, from receiving a second mobile alert associated with a second SIM scheduled for broadcast from a second network. The first mobile alert and the second mobile alert may be associated with messages from at least one of a CMAS or an ETWS.
