    Abstract: Component Business Model (“CBM”) software that can generate and maintain a CBM of an enterprise, with the CBM software including a state change identification module and a create state diagram module. The state change identification module identifies state changes in a Business Asset of the CBM. The create state diagram module creates a state diagram for the Business Asset based upon the changes identified by the state change identification module. In some embodiments, the Business Assets of the CBM for which state diagrams are created will be the predominant assets of Participating Business Components that are involved in a Business Scenario.
