A receiver receives a request from a user device for generating a value of a security based on a requested quality level. The processor implements rules to determine which service to be used for generating the value of the security based on the requested quality level in response to the received request; generates the value of the security based on the implemented rules; and transmits an electronic package to the user device, the package including data related to the value of the security.
