    Abstract: The disclosure includes a maxillofacial rehabilitation device, comprising a frame and a dynamic actuation mechanism coupled to the frame. The frame can be configured to attach the device to the head of a user. The dynamic actuation mechanism can be configured to contact the mandible of the user, receive control signals from a controller, and move the mandible of the user in the sagittal plane and the vertical plane based on the control signals.
