    Abstract: The invention relates to long-dimensional flexible tubes (coiled tubing). There are several variants of the proposed basic pairs of an umbilical coiled tubing and include means of their production with multi-stage sequential shaping process of one or multiple strips at an estimated geometry, and where isolated channels, partitions and flanges are formed during this process. If required, longitudinal butts of an additional shaped longitude strips can be welded to them to form additional hydraulic channels of the umbilical coiled tubing which can be reeled up to a drum. Other types of service channels (electric, fiber-optic, capillary etc.) or standard coiled tubing can be placed inside or outside channels in the form of a service channels tape. Flanges located beyond the outside dimensions of an umbilical coiled tubing may have a wave-type of form. Connecting partitions may have holes intended for fingers of injector, for elevator, for service channels tape.

    Abstract: The invention relates to long, flexible tubing which can be wound on a spool (coiled tubing or flexible production tubing), and comprises two closed channels combined in a single structure, said channels being formed from a single strip by repeated and successive shaping and welding, and being joined to one another by a connecting, jointing or dividing partition. A connecting partition is perforated, and has mounted thereon a flexible service belt having locking connecting cams which correspond to matching locking holes on the perforated connecting partition. The service belt has electrical cables, wires, capillary tubing, and fiber optic lines arranged therein, and the interval between the connecting cams is twice the size of the interval between the holes on the perforated connecting partition. If the closed channels are joined by an jointing partition, then a pipe-in-pipe design variant is used.

The technical effect is to increase the potential of well process operations. A lengthy umbilical flexible tubing element comprises at least two isolated channels combined to form a single structure. The isolated channels are joined to one another by an interfacing partition formed by welding the points of connection between the walls of the isolated channels to one another. The at least two isolated channels and the interfacing partition are formed from two separate metal strips by shaping said metal strips from the middle by longitudinal bending, and subsequently welding the opposing longitudinal edges of the two metal strips to one another. Jointing or dividing partition is provided with holes and is double the thickness of a metal strip.

The present releasable coupling for flexible long-length tubes comprises threaded nipples, mounted on the ends of tubes to be connected, and a threaded sleeve, wherein the thread on the two nipples has a different pitch and the threaded sleeve has two threaded portions for mutual coupling thereof, and wherein the nipple with the larger pitch is provided with a runout in the form of a cylindrical groove or non-threaded portion, the length of which together with the distance of approach of the tubes is greater than the length of the larger-pitch thread on the sleeve. The result is an increase in the reliability, durability and tightness of the coupling.

    Abstract: The invention relates to downhole sucker rod pump assemblies comprising a stationary flexible long-length tube having disposed therein a movable flexible long-length rod, connected at opposite ends to a surface drive and to an operating element of a submersible piston pump or screw pump. An annulus between the rod and the tube is filled with a lubricant from a channel at the wellhead end. The lower and upper ends of the tube are connected to a wellhead pipe and a pumping pipe. At the lower end of the rod is a box filled with a liquid which provides protection for the seal of a plunger pump. The flexible long-length rod is capable of rotating or reciprocating movement. The result is an increase in the operating reliability of a deep-well pump, an increase in the time between repairs and a decrease in the energy consumed when the pump is operating.

    Abstract: A well-drilling sucker-rod pump for extracting oil with a large content of gas in the liquid being pumped out. The sucker-rod pump possesses a cylinder containing a hollow plunger, in the lower part of which a delivery valve is mounted. An inlet valve is mounted in the lower part of a pump chamber. The pump is equipped with a passageway having a floating valve which has a floating element and a seat. The cylinder is stepped on the internal surface side, and the passageway having the floating element is formed in the lower part of a smaller cylinder step above the pump chamber. One passageway opening is connected to the upper part of the pump chamber and the other passageway opening is connected to the well. As a result, the pump efficiency is increased and gas generation in the pump chamber is reduced.

The technical result of the invention consists in simplifying the design, the possibility of monitoring and regulating the moment of self-ignition of a homogenized fuel-air mix, and reducing the specific flow rate of the fuel. The method for operating an internal combustion engine consists in feeding a charge to the combustion chamber of a main cylinder and an auxiliary cylinder which are connected to one another and have different diameters, and in which the pistons are arranged. The piston of the auxiliary cylinder is delayed in accordance with the shaft rotation phase with respect to the piston of the main cylinder and as the piston of the main cylinder reaches the upper dead center thereof, when the majority of the charge is located in the auxiliary cylinder, and the charge to the piston of the auxiliary cylinder is boosted.
