An embodiment of the present invention may further provide a receiver capable of receiving communication from the associated memory slot communicator transmitter/receiver and the transmitter may have a form factor emulating the memory card. An embodiment of the present invention may also provide a method of information storage comprising, intercepting intended memory card communications between a device and a storage medium associated with the device and transmitting the information to a separate device containing memory and a memory slot communicator transmitter/receiver.
