  • Publication number: 20240039204
Abstract: The present invention pertains to devices which provide a connection, and in particular, a USB connection to a housing for an electrical device. More specifically, the invention pertains to a device or devices which provide a waterproof seal between a USB molded strain relief and a housing for an electrical device. The invention provides an efficient connection with minimal junction points. Embodiments described for the present invention comprise a housing, a USB connection, a gland nut, and a housing male threaded boss, wherein the housing male threaded boss is molded onto a rear housing. The device may comprise a USB connector and a flange extending from the USB molded strain relief, wherein the flange, gland nut, and housing male threaded boss are configured to form a waterproof seal.

  • Patent number: 11339930
Abstract: The present invention pertains to devices and applications for lamps to produce color mixing effects with a desired color distribution output within a translucent cylindrical housing. More specifically, the invention pertains to a device or devices that utilize a multidirectional light engine constructed in opposite directions with programmed light intensity with a spatial distribution of photons at single or varying wavelengths, which result in a large percentage of those photons entering the translucent cylinder producing a non-linear effect being emitted from the cylinder. Embodiments use two or more coaxial light engines with programmed light intensities producing a variety of non-linear lighting effects, which emit the majority of the light rays in opposing directions within a dedicated color mixing chamber. In some embodiments, the color mixing lighting device comprises two or more coaxial light engines which beam light in a 360 degree radial pattern forming an approximate 110 degree cone.

  • Patent number: 10746388
Abstract: A light source with integrated cable management system that retracts and extends the cables. The lighting system has a housing, a multi-line cable reel, and a light source. The multi-line cable reel is a rotatable mechanism that allows the cables to be retracted and extended into the housing. The multi-line cable reel has a winding mechanism, and at least one cable. The winding mechanism is concentrically mounted into the housing, and the plurality of cables are rotatably mounted around the winding mechanism. Thus, allowing for the length of the plurality of cables to be adjusted according to the needs of installation.

  • Publication number: 20190313511
Abstract: A lighting device having an illumination control means that increases light output from a low light output to a high light output based on motion in an area. The lighting device comprises a power source, a motion sensor for detecting motion in an area, an illumination means, an illumination control means that increases a light output from a low light output to a high light output when motion is detected in an area, a delay timer to revert the lighting device to the low light output when the motion sensor fails to detect motion after a predetermined period of time, a controller, and an electrical circuit. The lighting device may further comprise a light sensor, a multi-mode switch, light output level control, and color temperature control means.
