  • Patent number: 12567021
Abstract: Systems and methods for remotely controlling an article based on authentication of the article. A communication system with a senor for detecting an interaction event can be coupled to an article. The communication system can be associated with an article identifier. A communication including the article identifier can be received and the identification of the article through the article identifier can be authenticated based on an association of the article identifier with the communication system to verify that the communication is generated in response to the interaction event occurring at the article and being detected by the sensor of the communication system. As follows, operation of the article can be remotely controlled based on whether the article is authenticated.

  • Patent number: 11948123
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for providing a third party access to interaction data of an article. An event detection system can be coupled to an article for a recipient. The event detection system can include a wireless communication interface and a sensor configured to detect at least one interaction event that occurs at the article. Interaction data related to the at least one interaction event can be generated that includes a user identifier of the recipient that is uniquely associated with an article identifier of the article. The interaction data can be transmitted through the wireless communication interface to an operating server for providing a third party access to the interaction data based on the inclusion of the user identifier and the article identifier with the interaction data.

  • Publication number: 20210110382
Abstract: A system and method for providing auxiliary curve cold storage are disclosed. A particular embodiment can be configured to: prepare a base cryptocurrency protocol transaction in a secure transaction network including a consensus network, a ledger, and a network node in data communication with the consensus network, the ledger, and other network nodes in the secure transaction network via a data network; generate a transaction output signature (txo-sig) by signing a hash of a source transaction output (source-txo) with a certified hardware security module (HSM) private key; submit the base cryptocurrency protocol transaction and the txo-sig to the consensus network via the network node of the secure transaction network as a deposit transaction; create a ristretto point (rptxo) from a hash of an HSM public key, the source-txo, and the txo-sig; and replace the source-txo with the ristretto point (rptxo) in the ledger of the secure transaction network.
