Abstract: A wearable fitness harness with aresistant latex tube interchange system used for closed circuit resistance exercises, primarily pushup and squat, jumping exercise routines is comprised of padding and plastic straps worn on the body which may include Cleats, rings or hooks. Barrel shaped terminal links or plugs can be used for attaching and supporting the resistance of latex tubes or cords to the harness strap key way linkage. The latex tubes are also attached to pushup blocks and foot straps at opposite ends and are stretched and stabilized by using the pushup blocks or foot straps in order to stretch the latex tubes from the harness attachments when arms or legs are extended such reciprocating force is applied to the latex tubes. The latex tubes are length adjustable, interchangeable and detachably and attach ably worn in a series of light, medium, and heavy resistance in order to increase or decrease the resistance, the latex cords can be wrapped like a shock cord.
