  • Publication number: 20230199941
Abstract: Apparatus having at least one breakout structure are provided. In one example, an apparatus includes a dielectric layer, first and second contact pads, and first and second vias. The first and second contact pads are disposed on the dielectric layer. The first via is disposed through the dielectric layer and coupled to the first contact pad. The first via is offset from the first contact pad in a first direction. The second contact pad is immediately adjacent the first via. The second via is disposed through the dielectric layer immediately adjacent the first contact pad and coupled to the second contact pad. The second via is offset from the second contact pad in a second direction that is opposite of the first direction. The first and the second contact pads define a first differential pair of contact pads that is configured to transmit a first differential pair of signals.

  • Patent number: 11665098
Abstract: User traffic is processed in a virtualised network. First and second VNFs are initialised in the same network namespace as each other in user space in a host and have access to a shared memory region of the host. The first VNF processes user traffic and the second VNF provides a user plane service in relation to user traffic processed by the first VNF. The first VNF is used to establish a point-to-point, shared-memory interface between the first and second VNFs and is used to classify incoming user traffic. In response to the first VNF determining based on the classifying, that the incoming user traffic is to be subject to the user plane service, the first VNF is used to store the incoming user traffic in the shared memory region of the host to enable the second VNF to provide the user plane service in relation to the incoming trier traffic.

  • Patent number: 11664011
Abstract: A method of providing a frame-based mel spectral representation of speech includes receiving a text utterance having at least one word and selecting a mel spectral embedding for the text utterance. Each word has at least one syllable and each syllable has at least one phoneme. For each phoneme, the method further includes using the selected mel spectral embedding to: (i) predict a duration of the corresponding phoneme based on corresponding linguistic features associated with the word that includes the corresponding phoneme and corresponding linguistic features associated with the syllable that includes the corresponding phoneme; and (ii) generate a plurality of fixed-length predicted mel-frequency spectrogram frames based on the predicted duration for the corresponding phoneme. Each fixed-length predicted mel-frequency spectrogram frame represents mel-spectral information of the corresponding phoneme.
