Abstract: A mounting assembly is disclosed for use with a removable bollard, wherein the mounting assembly includes a base plate and a pair of collapsible plates hingedly connected to opposing edges of the base plate, wherein each of the collapsible plates includes at least one aperture formed therein, the at least one aperture receiving a retaining element configured to secure the removable bollard to the mounting assembly. When the removable bollard is removed from the mounting assembly, the collapsible plates are pivoted to be positioned in substantially the same plane as the base plate, such that pedestrians or vehicles may pass freely over the mounting assembly without unnecessary disturbance.

Abstract: A survey application includes a recording module configured to synchronously capture ancillary data associated with an entry of survey data, wherein the entry of the survey data may be reviewed to determine an authenticity of the survey application. The survey application may include a playback application for receiving the captured ancillary data and for displaying a representation of the ancillary data associated with an entry of survey data.

Abstract: A system and method for generating and distributing a survey includes an executable survey generation application. The survey generation application permits a survey designer to select at least one survey component template associated with a type of survey question from a repository pane of the survey generation application. Selection of the survey component template creates a corresponding survey component within at least one of a working pane and a review pane of the survey generation application. The survey designer may edit the survey component to include desired survey content by entering desired parameters within a data entry pane of the survey generation application. The completed survey may then be distributed to desired recipients by the survey designer activating a publish control of the survey generation application.

Abstract: A survey system of the present invention includes a mobile-computing device having a user interface for receiving survey data from respondents, a management server including a survey data validation module, and a terminal having a user interface. The mobile-computing device includes a survey application which encodes the survey data with at least one identifier and transmits the encoded survey data to the management server. The survey data validation feature of the management server analyzes the encoded survey data for validity and determines a probability of authenticity of the survey data. Statistical survey results, as well as the probability of authenticity of the survey data is presented to an end user through the user interface of the terminal.
