Abstract: A system for distributed search and retrieval of loan pools and rule-based reorganization thereof may include a processor configured for receiving a first unique identifier and ownership indicator of a first loan pool and a second unique identifier and ownership indicator of a second loan pool; generating a first request and a second request for at least an interest rate, loan term, and balance for each loan in the first pool and the second pool, respectively; transmitting the first request and the second request to a first remote server and a second remote server, respectively; obtaining rules relating loan characteristics to pseudo pool validity; receiving a proposed pseudo pool; applying the rules to the proposed pseudo pool to generate a validity indicator; when the indicator is false: generating an error message; and when the indicator is true: generating a proposed disclosure document including the proposed pseudo pool.
