Patent number: 11950819Abstract: A bone positioning guide may include a main body member, a shaft, and a bone engagement member. The shaft can be movably connected to the main body member and have the bone engagement member rotatably coupled to its distal end. The bone engagement member can have a surface configured to engage a bone. The main body member can also include a tip opposite the bone engagement member for engaging a second bone. In use, the bone engagement member may be positioned in contact with a medial side of a first metatarsal while the tip is positioned in contact with a lateral side of a different metatarsal, such as a second metatarsal. The shaft can then be moved to advance the bone engagement member toward the tip, causing realignment of the first metatarsal.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2023Date of Patent: April 9, 2024Assignee: Treace Medical Concepts, Inc.Inventors: W. Bret Smith, Paul Dayton, Sean F. Scanlan, F. Barry Bays, Carlos Eduardo Gil, John T. Treace, Robert D. Santrock, Daniel J. Hatch, Joe W. Ferguson

Publication number: 20240081843Abstract: Systems, techniques, and devices are described that may be used in a minimally invasive bone realignment procedure. In some examples, a method of performing a minimally invasive metatarsal correction procedure involves using a bone preparation guide having a guide surface with a length less than a diameter of a bone to be cut using the guide surface. The clinician can guide a bone preparation instrument along the guide surface and angle the bone preparation instrument beyond one or both ends of the guide surface to cut the end of the underlying bone beyond one or both of the ends.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 14, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: Adriaan Kuyler, Paul Dayton, Mark Erik Easley, William T. Publication number: 20230078798Abstract: A method and system for providing a distributed, digital ecosystem incorporating a plurality of platforms, including merchant processing, accounting, POS, CRM, marketing, analytics, currency exchange, and others. The distributed, digital ecosystem is remotely accessed by a data processing device (DPD) under the control of a user, typically on a WAN. Applications incorporated into the ecosystem are installed on a remote DPD, or server, which is shared in all instances via video streaming with the user such that installation of applications directly on the user's DPD is unnecessary, providing said user with the ability to access the ecosystem remotely from any DPD and any location, even when DPDs are lost or destroyed.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 14, 2021Publication date: March 16, 2023Inventors: Paul Hung Nguyen, Maximus Robert Dayton, Vanarick Panh

Patent number: 11292337Abstract: A vent shut-off assembly configured to manage venting on a fuel tank configured to deliver fuel to an internal combustion engine includes a first liquid vapor discriminator (LVD), a main housing, a poppet valve assembly, a pump and an actuator assembly. The first LVD is disposed in the fuel tank. The main housing selectively vents to a carbon canister. The poppet valve assembly has a poppet valve arranged in the main housing. The pump selectively pumps liquid fuel from the main housing. The actuator assembly is at least partially housed in the main housing and includes a cam assembly having a cam shaft that includes a first cam and a second cam. The first cam has a profile that one of opens and closes a poppet valve fluidly coupled to the first LVD. The second cam has a profile that actuates the pump.Type: GrantFiled: August 26, 2020Date of Patent: April 5, 2022Assignee: Eaton Intelligent Power LimitedInventors: Daniel L. Pifer, Robert A. Dayton

Patent number: 10508964Abstract: A valve assembly includes a valve body with an interior cavity and one or more supply ports, a control port, and an exhaust port each fluidly connected to the interior cavity. An armature assembly is movable within the interior cavity from a first position to a second position in response to the coil being energized. In some configurations, a regulator body, which is connected to the valve body, has an exhaust passage fluidly connected to the exhaust port. A regulator valve in the regulator body prevents fluid flow out of the exhaust passage when fluid pressure on the regulator valve is at or below a pilot pressure. The regulator valve permits fluid flow out of the exhaust passage when fluid pressure on the regulator valve is greater than the pilot pressure. The valve body is configured to provide fluid from the supply port/ports to the control port.Type: GrantFiled: November 11, 2016Date of Patent: December 17, 2019Assignee: Eaton Intelligent Power LimitedInventors: Steven L. Ambrose, Daniel Bamber, Robert A. Dayton
