  • Patent number: 12240414
Abstract: Upon detecting an absence of a user inside a passenger cabin of a vehicle, an object inside the passenger cabin is classified as one of preferred or nonpreferred. Upon classifying the object as preferred, a sensor is activated to monitor an environment outside the passenger cabin based on determining the object is visible from outside the passenger cabin. A priority level for the preferred object is determined based on data from the sensor, wherein the priority level is one of high or low. A vehicle component is actuated to reduce the priority level based on determining the priority level for the preferred object is high.

  • Patent number: 12223727
Abstract: A plurality of vehicle charging stations and a plurality of stationary sensors with respective fields of view can be disposed within an area. A stationary node computer including a first processor and a first memory and communicatively can be coupled to the charging station and the stationary sensors, the first memory storing instructions executable by the first processor such that the stationary computer is programmed to authorize a request from a vehicle to access the charging station; identify an object, detected in the area in data from one or more of the stationary sensors, to be tracked with respect to the vehicle; wherein the object to be tracked with respect to the vehicle is identified based on a type of the object, an attribute of the object and an attribute of the vehicle; and transmit data about the object to the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20250024942
Abstract: A shelf post coupler may include an upper insert end and a lower insert end, each dimensioned to be received within an insert slot defined by shelving post ends to be joined. Insert holes extend through the upper insert end and the lower insert end for receiving fasteners to secure the coupler to shelving post ends. The upper and lower insert ends may each have a first side and a second side that extends from a midline along different planes. A spacer including a protruding lip may be located between the upper insert end and the lower insert end. At least one of the upper insert end and the lower insert end may include a riser and a wing. The wing may extend a greater distance from the midline than the riser.

  • Publication number: 20230314553
Abstract: A system for determining a position of a target in an area of interest includes at least three secondary nodes that are each configured to continuously scan the area of interest and detect a received signal strength to each other and the target. The system also includes a primary node having a positioning module configured to determine a respective circle or sphere for each secondary node using the RSSI as the respective circle or sphere’s radius, and determine respective intersection points or circles caused by an overlap of each two-circle or three-sphere combination for each unique two primary node combination of the primary nodes. The positioning module is configured to determine respective line segments or planes for each set of respective intersection points or circles, and when intersections of the line segments or planes creates a respective triangular or volumetric space, determining a center of the space.

  • Publication number: 20020116299
Abstract: A bulk terminal automation system for automating and coordinating delivery operations of bulk shipping terminals. Data entry relating to customer transport requests, and driver and vehicle access data are entered at the central office, and then transmitted from the central office, through a global computer network, and to a local database located in a bulk shipping terminal, which is located remotely form the central office. Local data is collected at the bulk shipping terminal through a local network. The local data includes information relating to driver access inputs, loads collected, bills of lading, storage levels and metered units of bulk materials which are dispensed. The locally collected data is periodically transmitted to the central office and stored in a central office database which is configured in a relational database arrangement.

  • Patent number: 5836009
Abstract: A telephony call waiting feature is provided wherein a caller ID information related to a third party wishing to converse with a first party already engaged in a conversation with a second party is provided to the first party. When the local office sends an alerting tone (e.g., CAS) to the first party, the first party telephone set responds by attenuating signals going to the first party handset. The local office then transmits the caller ID information relating to the third party and the first party apparatus receives and displays to the first party the caller ID information related to the third party thereby allowing the first party to either accept or reject the waiting call based on the displayed information.

  • Patent number: 3984633
Abstract: An apparatus for altering the position of a video image, such as an image produced by a video camera, video tape recorder or other image producing device utilizing a raster type scan, without rescanning of the originally generated image alters, by a precise amount, the phase of a video camera or playback device with relation to the overall system or plant sync, while maintaining exact sync timing relationships for all timing pulses fed to the video camera or playback device. The video from the camera or playback device is processed so as to restore its blanking and sync timing to match the timing of other video sources within the system.
