Abstract: A sewage lift station comprises a lawn trim ring set having a top cap and a reducer ring. The top cap is removably fastened to the reducer ring, and the reducer ring is fastened to a flange on the tank of the sewage lift station. The top cap has a recess for holding sod so that the sewage lift station only minimally alters the appearance of a homeowner's lawn. In addition to or instead of the lawn trim ring set, the lift station may comprise a gravity flow pump bypass. The gravity flow pump bypass comprises a pipe having an inlet in the tank, the pipe extending outside of the tank for passing sewer water to the outside of the tank.
