  • Patent number: 10118441
Abstract: A reversible spindle embodiment for a small sailboat dolly axle includes 2 spindle elements, one on each end of the same reversible spindle embodiment connected by a central interconnecting mounting element. Each spindle element is designed to mate with a wheel hub having a different size diameter and/or width. The unused spindle element and the central interconnecting mounting element are inserted into the hollow end of the dolly axle and secured with fasteners through the walls of the axle and mounting element. The desired spindle element is inserted through the wheel hub and secured. To mount a wheel having a different hub size matching the unused spindle element, the fasteners are removed, the reversible spindle is rotated 180 degrees and the fasteners reinstalled.

  • Publication number: 20150108827
Abstract: One embodiment of a spindle size adapter for dolly axles to provide adaptability to and use of replacement wheels with various axle hub sizes. The spindle size adapter has a proximal end which mates closely into the existing axle frame to stabilize the new axle in the vertical, fore and aft and horizontal position and a distal end that forms the new axle spindle. The size of the adapter spindle is designed to match the most common available hub sizes used in aftermarket dolly wheels but is adapted to different hub sizes by sheathing the spindle with adapter sleeves. The spindle size adapter can be used with or without the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) existing spindle brackets because the manufacture's brackets are not needed to stabilize the spindle adapter. In another embodiment the shape of the middle part of the dolly axle size adapter is modified to be compatible with the form of the OEM axle brackets. Other embodiments allow a variety of spindle sizes and are described and shown.

  • Patent number: 8175036
Abstract: An access point for wireless transmission of packets to user devices includes an application module and a radio module. If the radio module fails to successfully transmit a packet to a user device, the application module takes the packet from its queue and places it in the radio buffer for retransmission. This greatly increases the speed of retransmission. The application module can obtain information on the success of transmitting the packet directly from the radio module.

  • Patent number: 7086102
Abstract: A unitized bedclothes assembly simplifies bed making operations and prevents loosening and disarrangement of bed coverings while a person is sleeping and when the bed is unoccupied. Elastic bands clasp a fitted sheet to an underlying mattress. A fabric top covering is permanently fastened to the fitted sheet at the foot region of the bedclothes assembly. Fastener elements extend along at least one side of the top covering and are selectively engageable with additional fastener elements which extend along the corresponding side of the fitted sheet. The top covering has skirt flaps which hang down at opposite sides of the bedclothes assembly and give the assembly the neat appearance of a bed which has been made in the traditional manner.

  • Patent number: 5569356
Abstract: An electrode clamping assembly for a plasma reaction chamber wherein processing of a single wafer can be carried out. The electrode assembly includes a support member, an electrode such as a silicon showerhead electrode in the form of a disk having uniform thickness and a clamping ring which provides a resilient clamping force pressing against the showerhead electrode. The clamping member can be a ring of elastically deformable material and the clamping member can be tightened by a plurality of elastic spaced-apart bolts such that the clamping member is compressed and provides the resilient clamping force throughout temperature cycling of the electrode assembly during wafer processing. Heat conduction between the showerhead electrode and the support member can be improved by supplying pressurized process gas to a gap therebetween. The clamping member also provides plasma confinement in an area between the electrode and the wafer being processed.
