  • Patent number: 11962591
Abstract: Systems and methods that facilitate operational support for network infrastructures are discussed. The disclosed system and method facilitate a unified view of the current state of the network and networked devices including real-time log monitoring and for providing metrics for long term system planning. One such method can include the acts of automatically discovering a device deployed on a network, receiving device and network related data in real-time, determining whether a device is authorized, terminating device network access, filtering device data, validating device configuration, configuring a device and providing an output for use by a user. The disclosed system and method can be utilized, for example, to reduce the time involved in troubleshooting and resolving network issues, for establishing a baseline for network performance and for network capacity planning.

  • Patent number: 9079680
Abstract: The invention provides a strap removal system and a method of removing straps from a load on a conveyor. The method includes providing an end effector to the side of the conveyor and moving the end effector adjacent a first vertical side of the load. A first strap is detected while moving the end effector across the first vertical side of the load. The first strap is engaged. The first strap is pulled away from the first vertical side of the load while engaged. The first strap is cut at a cut point on the first strap, and the first strap is removed from the load.

  • Patent number: 9052299
Abstract: A liquid transfer system is disclosed including a transport path that transports a plurality of vials through the liquid transfer system. Each of the plurality of vials has a cap that forms a seal with an open-ended vial body. The liquid transfer system is comprised of a vial capper/decapper assembly that is positioned adjacent to the transport path and includes a plurality of rotatable spindles. Each spindle has a rotatable shaft and a first projection supported by the shaft. The first projection also includes a cam surface that engages a cap of a vial so as to breach the seal and open the vial. The plurality of spindles is rotated simultaneously to simultaneously breach the seals and open the caps of the plurality of vials.

  • Patent number: 4613978
Abstract: Strong narrowband signals interfering with the reception of a desired broadband signal in systems such as spread spectrum systems are continuously suppressed by converting the received signal to a frequency-domain representation thereof wherein strong narrowband interference components appear as strong impulse components. These impulsive components are blanked or clipped at a level that is a function of the average magnitude of the input signal. Resulting suppressed frequency-domain signals are reconverted to time-domain signals that are then available for further processing by conventional broadband signal receivers.
