The method includes the steps of: obtaining a lightbox assembly having a volume in which at least a part of the product to be presented can be placed; placing the at least part of the product in the volume of the lightbox with the lightbox at a first location; illuminating the at least part of the product in the volume of the lightbox; and continuously transmitting images of the at least part of the product illuminated in the volume of the lightbox through a wired or wireless network that are viewed by at least a first user at a second location.

A database stores a catalog of intake items. A programmed processing system is programmed with a baseline user insulin delivery program to make a calculation of insulin to be delivered according to the baseline insulin delivery program or according to a modified baseline insulin delivery program based upon user input data. The user provides user input using the user interface application to identify representations of any of the plurality of intake items and the processing system automatically effects delivery of insulin to the user according to the modified baseline insulin delivery program, instead of the baseline insulin delivery program.

Abstract: A system for managing administration of insulin to a user having: a first subsystem to effect controlled delivery of insulin; a second subsystem to generate an input to the first subsystem to cause insulin delivery; a third subsystem configured to: a) be programmed with a baseline user insulin delivery program; and b) make a calculation of insulin to be delivered according to the baseline insulin delivery program or according to a modified baseline insulin delivery program based upon user input data; and a fourth subsystem configured to receive and process input data related to a user's nutritional intake and communicate the same to the third subsystem which modifies the baseline delivery program. The fourth subsystem has a database of information for a pre-established relationship between each of a plurality of intake items and a parameter. The user provides an input to identify each intake item whereby the related parameters are communicated by inputs to the third subsystem.

The method includes the steps of: obtaining a barrier assembly having at least one wall structure that is configured to be selectively changed between: a) a storage state; and b) an operative state; and changing the barrier assembly from the storage state into the operative state wherein an exposed surface of the at least one wall structure is situated to obstruct lateral movement of at least one of: a) an arm; b) a leg; c) a head; or d) a torso of a person in the sitting position in the first region into the second seating region.

The first and second strap parts are releasably joinable to each other in at least first and second different predetermined operative relationships. The first strap part has a first surface with a first area facing outwardly and away from a wearer's head and exposed to view with the headwear piece in a worn position. The first surface has discrete ornamentation thereon.

Abstract: A writing instrument has a barrel and a tip section through which a writing substance is applied by the writing instrument. The barrel has a shape that is graspable in the hand of a user so as to allow the tip section to be moved against a surface to controllably supply a writing substance thereto. The tip section has a tip assembly that one of (a) is a nib of a fountain pen and (b) simulates in appearance a nib of a fountain pen. The tip section has a barrel end and a writing substance applying end. The writing instrument further includes a writing substance applying assembly. The writing substance applying assembly has a surface contacting end and a supply of a writing substance that is applied to a surface by bearing the surface contacting end against the surface. The writing substance applying assembly functions to supply the writing substance to a surface without the tip section performing a normal nib function for a fountain pen.

Abstract: A method for facilitating sale of objects such as caps over the Internet, including providing a user input for selecting a display icon representing the object offered for sale, providing a user input for a design element selected by the user to be included on the object, and providing a display illustrating the cap represented by the selected display icon with the user selected design element at the user selected location on the cap. A user input for creating text to be included on the cap is also provided. A computer network server includes a display icon generator transmitting a display icon representing an object such as a cap, a request generator transmitting a request for user input to select the display icon and to select a design element to be included on the object, and a processor receiving display icon requests and selected design element and generating a visual representation of the user selected design element, which may include text, on the object represented by the selected display icon.

Ornamentation is provided to produce one of an advertisement, logo, scene and message and is attached to at least one of the crown and rim/bill so that a first part of the ornamentation overlies the crown and the second part of the ornamentation overlies the rim/bill. The first and second parts of the ornamentation cooperatively produce the one of the advertisement, logo, scene and message.
