  • Patent number: 11965972
Abstract: A method for determining a location of a vehicle includes a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) location system in a manufacturing environment. The method includes determining, when a key cycle transition condition of the vehicle and a vehicle gear transition condition of the vehicle are satisfied, a location parameter of the vehicle using an auxiliary location detection system, where the location parameter includes a location of the vehicle, identification information of the vehicle, and a timestamp of the vehicle. The method includes determining a vehicle time period based on the location parameter and a previous location parameter of the vehicle and validating a manufacturing routine of the vehicle when the location parameter satisfies a location condition and the vehicle time period satisfies a time condition.

  • Publication number: 20200395095
Abstract: An ultra-fast solution to the problem of comparing genotypes across genotyping technologies, while preserving privacy, is presented. A method for transforming a standard genotype representation (i.e., a list of alleles associated with IDs representing single nucleotide variants) into a “fingerprint” of the genotype does not require knowledge of the SNP chip technology, and yields fingerprints that can be readily compared to ascertain relatedness between two genotypes even if the genotypes were created using different SNP chip designs. Because of their reduced size, computation on the genotype fingerprints is fast and requires little memory. This enables scaling up a variety of important genotype analyses, including determinations of degree of relatedness, recognizing duplicative sequenced genotypes in a set, and many others. Because the original genotype representation cannot be reconstructed from its fingerprint, the method also has significant implications for privacy-preserving genotype analytics.

  • Publication number: 20190177719
Abstract: An ultra-fast solution to the problem of comparing genomes across sequencing technologies and genome freezes, while preserving privacy, is presented. A method for transforming a standard genome representation (i.e., a list of variants relative to a reference) into a “fingerprint” of the genome does not require knowledge of the technology, reference and encoding used, and yields fingerprints that can be readily compared to ascertain relatedness between two genome representations. Because of their reduced size, computation on the genome fingerprints is fast and requires little memory. This enables scaling up a variety of important genome analyses, including determinations of degree of relatedness, recognizing duplicative sequenced genomes in a set, and many others. • Patent number: 8829170
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to constructs and in particular genetic constructs comprising polynucleotide sequences capable of release in covalently closed, circular form from a larger nucleotide sequence such as, but not limited to, a genome of a eukaryotic cell. Preferably, once released, a polynucleotide sequence is reconstituted in a form which permits expression of the polynucleotide sequence. In one embodiment, the reconstituted polynucleotide sequence comprises a coding sequence with all or part of an extraneous nucleotide such as, but not limited to, an intronic sequence or other splice signal inserted therein. Expression and in particular transcription of the coding sequence involves splicing out the extraneous sequence. The release and circularization is generally in response to a stimulus such as a protein-mediated stimulus. More particularly, the protein is a viral or prokaryotic or eukaryotic derived protein or developmentally and/or tissue specific regulated protein.
