    Abstract: Novel mobility devices are disclosed wherein one embodiment comprises a support frame and one or more boosters coupled to the frame. The booster preferably comprises a housing, a top support extending upward from the housing, and an opposing bottom support extending downward from the housing. The bottom support is preferably biased toward the housing. The housing may contain a sleeve having a top channel in communication with an opposing bottom channel. The top channel is configured to receive the top support, whereas the bottom channel is configured to receive the bottom support, a retaining ring, and a spring. The spring is disposed between a floor of the bottom channel and the retaining ring. The sleeve may also have a socket configured to receive a roller, wherein the roller has a bottom hole configured to receive the top support.

    Abstract: In one implementation, a method for forming ultra-thin semiconductor components includes fabricating multiple devices including a first device and a second device in a semiconductor wafer, and forming a street trench within the semiconductor wafer and between the first and second devices. The method continues with forming a dielectric skeleton structure over the semiconductor wafer, the dielectric skeleton structure laterally extending to at least partially cover the first and second devices, while also substantially filling the street trench. The method continues with thinning the semiconductor wafer from a backside to expose the dielectric skeleton structure in the street trench to form a first ultra-thin semiconductor component having the first device, and a second ultra-thin semiconductor component having the second device. The method can conclude with cutting through the dielectric skeleton structure to singulate the first and second ultra-thin semiconductor components.

The data is recorded by a plurality of seismic receivers and represent measurements of properties of the seismic wavefield. Each channel either measures a property of the seismic wavefield or a property of the seismic wavefield after the seismic wavefield has undergone a known transformation. At least one channel is derived as a function of one or more other channels. The technique includes using a processor based machine to process the data to model the seismic wavefield as a sum of basis functions; apply to the basis functions at least one forward transformation that describes the measurements received over the channel(s); and determine optimum basis functions based at least in part on the measurements.

After performing the seismic surveys, seismic data generated by the first seismic survey may be processed to generate a first image, and seismic data generated by the second seismic survey may be processed to generate a second image. After generating the first and second images, a difference between the first image and the second image may be computed to generate a time lapse difference image.
