    Abstract: A busbar assembly includes a first and a second busbar, an intermediate insulating member, an insulation mounting assembly, and a fastener. The busbars are arranged at an interval in a thickness direction of the busbar assembly. First and second through holes are formed in respective ones of the busbars. The intermediate insulating member is arranged between the first busbar and the second busbar. A third through hole is formed in the intermediate insulating member and is aligned with the corresponding through holes in the thickness direction. At least a portion of the insulation mounting assembly is inserted through the aligned first, second, and third through holes to fix the first busbar and the second busbar relative to the intermediate insulating member. The fastener is mounted at least partially within the insulation mounting assembly to fix the insulation mounting assembly, the intermediate insulating member, the first and second busbars.

    Abstract: A multi-position hardtop roof for a vehicle which is retractable between a coupe position enclosing the passenger compartment and a convertible position wherein the roof is stored within the rear deck of the vehicle. The roof is segmented into a front fixed panel incorporating the windshield, an intermediate panel and a rear panel. The intermediate panel of the roof is telescopically retractable onto the rear panel and both movable panels are thereafter retractable into the rear deck of the vehicle. From the coupe position, the intermediate roof segment can be tilted to a second venting position. Further retraction moves the intermediate segment rearwardly onto the rear roof segment to a targa position. Finally, the roof segments may be fully retracted to the convertible position. Two sets of piston/cylinder mechanisms control movement of the intermediate segment and the rear roof segment.

    Abstract: A monitor provides a continuously active assessment of the performance of a parallel communications bus by continuously comparing the binary level of the bus lines with system-defined levels which should be exhibited when the bus is in an "at rest" condition. Logic circuitry enables bus line logic level comparisons with "at-rest" condition reference values with any one discrepancy providing a latched invalid bus annunciation which is selectively enabled during periods when the bus is sensed to be in the "at-rest" condition.

    Abstract: Apparatus for controlling the data exchange among redundant computation channels for use such as in a digital flight control system includes a register into which a tic is entered when selected data is written into a main memory, the position of the tic in the register corresponding positionally to the address of the main memory at which the data is being written. Subsequently, the tic containing register is searched, and when a tic is found, the data is retrieved from the main memory. The data thus retrieved is multiplexed in sets with raw sensor data and transmitted to the other redundant channels in serial format. The tic register in one embodiment is a RAM addressable concurrently with the main memory.
