  • Patent number: 11394603
Abstract: Methods and systems are described for enabling an operative coupling to a network. In use, first data is received at a first node in a first network. The first data is forwarded between the first node to a second node in a second network, using a network relay. Additionally it is determined that a specified decoupling condition is met, and subsequent to forwarding the first data and in response to determining that the decoupling condition is met, the second operative coupling is disabled while the first operative coupling remains enabled for receiving second data for forwarding.

  • Publication number: 20220138155
Abstract: Files can be located using a durable and universal file identifier. A content URI includes a file protocol URI specifying a path to a file. The file protocol URI includes a query string specifying properties of the file that can be utilized to locate the file, such as an object ID property specifying a GUID for the file and a volume ID property specifying a GUID for a storage volume storing the file. The content URI can be utilized to locate the file using the file protocol URI and its associated query string even if the file has been moved, renamed, or is accessed on a different computing device. Operations can then be performed using the file, such as resuming a previously performed activity that used the file.

  • Patent number: 11321750
Abstract: Systems and methods for authenticating access to multiple data stores substantially in real-time are disclosed. The system may include a server coupled to a network, a client device in communication with the server via the network and a plurality of data stores. The server may authenticate access to the data stores and forward information from those stores to the client device. An exemplary authentication method may include receipt of a request for access to data. Information concerning access to that data is stored and associated with an identifier assigned to a client device. If the identifier is found to correspond to the stored information during a future request for access to the store, access to that store is granted.

  • Publication number: 20220127375
Abstract: The invention relates to means and methods of producing at least two antibodies. Methods may include providing cells with nucleic acid that encodes the antibodies; culturing said cells; collecting the antibodies from the culture; and separating produced antibodies from half antibodies by ion exchange chromatography (IEX). In some embodiments the antibodies exhibit IEX retention times that that deviate by 10% or less from the average of the retention times of the individual antibodies under the IEX conditions used. The invention also relates to compositions of antibodies thus produced. In some aspects the invention relates to compositions comprising 2-10 recombinant antibodies characterized in that the IEX retention times of at least two of said antibodies deviate by 10% or less from the average of the retention times of the individual antibodies under the IEX conditions.

  • Patent number: 11274365
Abstract: A design of an integrated computational element (ICE) includes specification of a substrate and a plurality of layers, their respective constitutive materials, target thicknesses and refractive indices, where refractive indices of respective materials of adjacent layers are different from each other, and a notional ICE fabricated in accordance with the ICE design is related to a characteristic of a sample. One or more layers of the plurality of layers of an ICE are formed based on the ICE design, such that the formed layer(s) includes(e) corresponding material(s) from among the specified constitutive materials of the ICE. Characteristics of probe-light interacted with the formed layer(s) are measured at two or more temperatures. Temperature dependence(ies) of one or more refractive indices of the corresponding material(s) of the formed layers is(are) determined using the measured characteristics.

  • Publication number: 20220076834
Abstract: In one embodiment, the present disclosure is directed to a method for providing a recommended wellness behavior. User data is received for different wellness components, the user data including data related to physical health, finances, and psychology. A user's wellness is assessed by, for each wellness component, determining a difference between the current user score and a relevant demographic standard, and determining a predicted future score based thereon. A recommended behavior is determined based on an identification of the wellness components having greatest differences between the predicted future score and the demographic standard. An indicator of the recommended behavior is then output to the user.
