  • Patent number: 8185455
Abstract: A system for auditing telecommunication billing data comprises a rule-construction user interface and an audit component. The rule-construction user interface comprises a plurality of rule condition parameter menus to construct an audit rule for at least one telecommunication billing attribute. In a particular embodiment, before baselining the audit rule, a user can test rule conditions against actual data, and the user can compare multiple versions of a single audit rule to determine which version successfully identifies exceptions. The audit component is to perform an audit of a telecommunication billing data set for exceptions to the audit rule constructed using the rule-construction user interface. Once identified, the exceptions can be assigned to additional tool users to assist in exception investigation and maintenance using an exception maintenance component.

  • Patent number: 7156050
Abstract: Precut, production blank components can be folded manually to form a birdhouse without the need for tools or other aids in assembly, even where the blank components are manufactured from metal, rigid plastic or the like. The precut blank components include a one-piece main panel and a detached panel. The one-piece panel includes a rear section, a base section, first and second side sections, and a top section. Each section includes precut slots, tabs and hinges that act as folding guides, allowing the blank to easily fold into a structure defining an enclosure like the birdhouse. The detached panel then is mounted to the so constructed main panel to cover the enclosure and thereby complete the birdhouse.

A length of tubing is coupled with the open outer end of the connector. The length of tubing has an open free end. An adapter plate is provided that is dimensioned for covering the vented top of the cover of the cat litter box. The adapter plate has a central opening with a collar extending upwardly therefrom. The collar is coupled with the open free end of the length of tubing.

  • Patent number: 4891753
Abstract: When a load instruction is encountered, a read operation is sent to the bus control logic, the register is marked as busy, and execution proceeds to the next instruction. When an instruction is executed, it proceeds providing that its source and destination registers are not marked busy; otherwise the instruction is retried. When data are returned as the result of a read operation, the destination register(s) are marked as not busy.

  • Patent number: 4811208
Abstract: A plurality of global registers are provided on the microprocessor chip. One of a global registers is a frame pointer register containing the current frame pointer, and the remainder of the global registers are available to a current process as general registers. A plurality of floating point registers are also provided for use by the current process in execution of floating point arithmetic operations. A register set pool made up of a plurality of register sets is provided, each register set being comprised of a number of local registers. When a call instruction is decoded, a register set of local registers from the register set pool is allocated to the called procedure, and the frame pointer register is initialized. When a return instruction is decoded, the register set is freed for allocation to another procedure called by a subsequent call instruction.

  • Patent number: 4552023
Abstract: A transducer diaphragm overload protection system provides a core of insulating material for supporting a sensor and being movable relative to a deflectable diaphragm portion, and establishes a mechanical interconnection between that deflectable portion of the diaphragm and that movable core, while that core is in a movable condition. The movable core is rendered stationary relative to the diaphragm, and the mechanical interconnection is removed by establishing between the deflectable diaphragm portion and the core a gap corresponding to a predetermined diaphragm deflection, while maintaining the core stationary relative to the diaphragm. Advantageously, in pressure transducers having a ceramic core for supporting the transducer sensor, the desired gap may then be established by locating a dissolvable shim between the core and the diaphragm, while such core is movable, and by thereafter dissolving such shim after the core has become set in the transducer.
