    Abstract: An anchor pad which has straps associated therewith for securing the pad to the arm, leg or the like of a patient. Attached to the top face of the pad are two latch arrangements for adjustable holding the tubing and needle sections of an intravenous apparatus in place. In one version of the invention, the pad's under face has adhesive applied thereto.
