A plurality of lights in data communication with the controller is spaced apart on the belt. A speaker is operatively coupled to one of the emblem or belt and electrically connected to the controller such that the speaker emits sound data when actuated by the controller. A toggle switch is in data communication with the controller and electrically connected to the plurality of lights for manual control over light actuation.
