Abstract: Described herein is a packaging clip for releasably securing overlapping packaging panels to one another. The packaging clip includes a biasing element that helps restrain relative movement of the panels in a first configuration, and in a second configuration encourages their release and indicates such to a user. In an implementation, the biasing element is associated with a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes a rigid portion that is engageable with each overlapping panel for limiting their relative movement in the first configuration. The locking mechanism is turnable or otherwise manipulateable to release the first and second panels. The biasing element can exert a biasing force that encourages exit of the locking structure, allowing the locking structure to protrude from the panels and provide a visual indication of the released state.

The adapter has a body with a cylindrical recess open at the bottom surface adapted to receive and engage the stem of the caster. In the wheel assembly, a wheel or roller is rotatably attached to the bottom of the body. Both the adapter and wheel assembly have a cylindrical member extending from the top surface of the body with oppositely extending protrusions forming a bayonet-type mount. The mount is received within an opening in the bottom of the platform support or container and then rotated to attach the adapter or wheel assembly to the platform support or container.

An electronic lock system is also provided which includes a credential, an electronic lock configured to communicate with the credential and having a long range capability and a close proximity range capability. The long range capability identifies initial communication between the electronic lock and the credential, the electronic lock authenticates the identified credential, and the electronic lock unlocks when the authenticated credential is sensed via the close proximity range capability.

The cellular phone has a phone identification and is configured to transmit the lock identification and the phone identification to the network. The network is configured to make a decision in real time whether the cellular phone is permitted access to the electronic lock based on the lock identification and the phone identification, and is further configured to transmit a grant/deny message to the cellular phone based on the decision, and the cellular phone is configured to transmit the grant/deny message to the electronic lock.
