    Abstract: A roof rack connectable to a roof of a vehicle, the roof having a roof hole formed therethrough. The roof rack is provided with at least one cross support assembly for supporting a load above the roof of the vehicle. The cross support assembly includes at least one cross support, and at least one hole clearance device connected to the cross support and adapted to conform about at least a portion of the roof hole when the roof rack is installed on the vehicle. The roof rack is also provided with at least one connector support assembly to connect the roof rack to the roof of the vehicle.
