  • Patent number: 12571658
Abstract: An inductive position sensor device for detecting the position of a coupling element which can be arranged on a movable actuator element of an electric machine is disclosed. The inductive position sensor device includes (i) at least one transmitter coil for generating electromagnetic waves, (ii) at least one receiver coil for detecting the electromagnetic waves which are generated by the transmitter coil and are influenced by the actuator element, and (iii) a computing unit which is designed to actuate the transmitter coil and evaluate the electromagnetic waves detected by the receiver coil in order to determine the position. The coils are arranged on a front face of a common printed circuit board, and the computing unit is arranged on a rear face of the common printed circuit board. The coils are electrically connected to the computing unit by connection lines which extend along the printed circuit board and through the printed circuit board. The connection lines run substantially parallel to one another.

  • Publication number: 20250321124
Abstract: An inductive sensor arrangement for detecting a movement of a movable body is disclosed. The inductive sensor arrangement has a measured value acquisition device which includes an exciter structure and a receiver structure, and a coupling device. An evaluation and control unit is designed to couple a periodic alternating signal into the exciter structure during operation and to evaluate signals induced in the receiver structure and to determine a measurement signal. The coupling device has a base body with at least one electrically conductive coupling segment and is designed to influence an inductive coupling between the exciter structure and the receiver structure.

  • Publication number: 20240369382
Abstract: An inductive positioning sensor (100) for small electrical and electronic applications that allows to achieve a higher induced voltage output. The inductive positioning sensor (100) is arranged in a multi-layer printed circuit board, that comprises an excitation coil (1) and at least one receiver coil A (2) and a corresponding duplicated receiver coil A (22), where the excitation coil circularly surrounds the limits defined by the at least one receiver coil A (2) and the corresponding duplicated receiver coil A (22). The at least one receiver coil A (2) comprises a main convergence point (106) and at least one auxiliary convergence point (104), and the corresponding duplicated receiver coil A (22) comprises at least one auxiliary convergence point (104). The at least one receiver coil A (2) and the corresponding duplicated receiver coil A (22) merge together in a secondary convergence point (104).

  • Publication number: 20240213856
Abstract: An assembly. The assembly includes a first element and a second element, wherein the elements are fastened to one another in such a way that they together enclose an assembly interior, and wherein an electrically conductive cable protrudes into the assembly interior through a cable passage formed between the elements. For forming a particle seal assigned to the cable passage, at least one of the elements has at least one projection, which projects in the direction of the other element and presses the cable against the other element.

  • Publication number: 20240175723
Abstract: An inductive sensor arrangement for detecting a movement of a movable body includes a movable coupling device coupled to the movable body and a measured-value detection device comprising a circuit carrier with an exciter structure and a receiving structure. The exciter structure is coupled to an oscillator circuit which, during operation, couples a periodic alternating signal into the exciter structure. The movable coupling device is designed to influence an inductive coupling between the exciter structure and the receiving structure. An evaluation and control unit is designed to evaluate signals induced in the receiving structure and to determine a measurement signal for a current position of the movable body. The receiving structure comprises a receiving coil having at least one periodically repeating loop structure, each structure designed as a superposition in the angular direction of a sinusoidal fundamental wave and of at least one harmonic wave of the sinusoidal fundamental wave.
