  • Patent number: 11633901
Abstract: An apparatus for heating of thermally deformable sheet material includes a frame consisting of a pair of end beams extending laterally and a pair of side rails secured longitudinally between the end beams in a rectangular arrangement The side rail channels are oriented with their longitudinal openings extending upwardly. A heating tray assembly extends laterally and includes a pair of quick-release cam clamps disposed at opposed ends thereof to engage the respective side rail in a slidable, releasable fashion, so that the tray may be installed/removed at any location and clamped at that location. A sheet support assembly includes similar cam clamps at each end, and may be installed/removed at any location and translated/clamped at that location to maintain planar support of a workpiece.

  • Patent number: 9809997
Abstract: An all-plastic, tumbler-free cam lock includes a cylindrical lock body with a flange extending radially from the distal end to be glued to a surface surrounding a mounting hole. The lock body has a bore extending axially and a central spindle received coaxially in the bore. A key has a cylindrical tubular key body insertable concentrically between the lock body shoulder and the distal end of the spindle. A pair of outer key lugs extend radially outwardly from the tubular key body to pass through the key channels of an interior shoulder of the lock body, thus permitting access only by one key configuration. A third key lug extends radially inwardly from the inner surface of the tubular key body to engage a keyway channel of the spindle.

  • Patent number: 9051961
Abstract: A hole adapter insert for modifying a circular hole to mount a D/DD lock body securely in a rotationally fixed manner includes a disk-like body having a cylindrical outer surface received in the circular hole. A bore extending axially through the body is provided with the requisite standard D/DD cross-sectional profile to receive a standard, complementarily-formed lock body. Extending radially from one end of the body is an annular flange having a proximal face adapted to be glued to the annular surface about the exterior of the circular hole. Alignment flats at the periphery of the flange enable proper D/DD angular alignment of the lock body. A cam lock body is inserted through the outer end of the bore of the insert and secured by a lock nut threaded onto the lock body at the inner end thereof.

  • Publication number: 20140331724
Abstract: A cam lock includes a cylindrical lock body with a flange extending radially from the distal end to be glued to a surface surrounding a mounting hole. The lock body has a bore extending axially, with an interior shoulder extending radially inwardly at the distal end. The shoulder includes two key channels extending therethrough parallel to the axis and spaced apart 90°. A central spindle extending coaxially in the bore has a distal neck received within the interior shoulder. The distal end of the spindle is provided with a keyway channel extending therein parallel to the axis of the assembly. A pin channel extends annularly in the proximal spindle, and subtends an angle of approximately 90° and a locking pin extends through a hole in the lock body into the pin channel to retain the spindle and limit the spindle rotation. A lock cam is configured to snap-engage a proximal neck portion of the spindle in a fixed attachment.

  • Patent number: 5025137
Abstract: An apparatus for heating thermoplastic sheet material which includes a knockdown frame which slideably supports a plurality of heating rods thereon. The heating rods have a configuration adapted to localize heat on the thermoplastic sheet material and is provided with a support surface for the thermoplastic sheet material which precludes marring of the thermoplastic material. The apparatus further includes a control box for regulating the amount of heat transmitted to the sheet material and a fence structure configured as a substantially inverted T. Indicia is supported on the frame in order to facilitate using the apparatus.
