    Abstract: A book and paper supporting elongated rectangular panel transversely overlies the arms of an armchair in a forward and upwardly inclined plane. A pair of standards slidably connected with the undersurface of the panel in tongue and groove fashion overlie the chair arms and support the panel. Each of the standards are provided with opposing chair arm grip plates normally maintaining the standards on the chair arms.
