    Abstract: A packet of toothpicks has a one-piece plastic sheet, folded onto itself to provide two layers of plastic toothpicks, each of which toothpicks has a handle portion and a cleaning portion. The cleaning portion is embossed to form a surface that will abrade plaque. Flavoring, or other chemical, may be placed in pockets or grooves formed in the embossed area.
