Abstract: An ice fishing device designed to be readily portable, to provide more effective and more enjoyable fishing and to provide an effective signal. The device is foldable into a relatively compact package so that it can be stacked with others for multiple carrying. It includes a reel and flexible rods to provide more effective setting of the hook and more sensation of playing the fish. It also includes a mechanical signal to indicate the bite of a fish.
